Actinium Prices $12.5 Million Public Offering of Common Shares

NEW YORK-- Actinium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Actinium” or the “Company”) (NYSE MKT:ATNM), a biopharmaceutical company developing innovative targeted payload immunotherapeutics for the treatment of advanced cancers, today announced the pricing of its previously announced public offering of 1,670,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $7.50 per share. In addition, Actinium has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 250,000 shares of common stock solely to cover over-allotments, if any. The offering is expected to close on or about June 30, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.

The net proceeds from the sale of the shares of common stock, after deducting the underwriting discount and the other offering expenses, are expected to be approximately $11.4 million.

“As we approach key milestones including interim data later this year for Actimab-A and the initiation of our Pivotal trial for Iomab-B by late 2014 or early 2015, the net proceeds from this offering will provide additional capital to advance both drug candidates in clinical trials, as well as support preclinical trials, and general corporate purposes,” said Kaushik J. Dave, Ph.D, President and CEO of Actinium.
