Public offering, description	On August 2, 2017, the Company completed an underwritten public offering of 21,500,000 shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase an aggregate of 18,275,000 shares of the Company's common stock at an offering price to the public of $0.75 per share and related warrant. The warrants have an exercise price of $1.05 per share and have a term of five years.						Pursuant to the agreement, all the outstanding vested options (originally expire 90 days from termination date) as well as 68,200 unvested options granted prior to December 31, 2016, shall be exercisable until the end of the term of each option grant agreement.
