(NYSE MKT:ATNM) ("Actinium" or "the Company"), a biopharmaceutical company developing innovative targeted therapies for cancers lacking effective treatment options, announced today that it intends to offer and sell shares of its common stock and warrants to purchase shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the proposed offering to fund clinical development of Iomab-B, Actimab-A, Actimab-M, its alpha particle technology platform, and for general corporate purposes.
